Inviting Invitations understand that the information you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties.
When making any purchase through this website we will ask you for personal information, such as your name, email address, address, etc. This information is never shared or sold to any other company.
If you wish to receive communication from Inviting invitations, you will need to opt in to our subscription service when you make a purchase. If you wish to opt-out of receiving communication from Inviting Invitations, send an email with Unsubscribe in the subject line to enquiries@invitinginvitations.com.au

Prices & Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Amex (3% surcharge applies to Amex payments) or internet banking transfer. Full payment is required prior to printing of your product as requested in the check out process. An invoice will be emailed to you along with a PDF of your order once full payment has been received.

Custom Design 'Just for You' - payment terms
Custom designed invitations and products will be quoted separately - discounts do not apply. Each custom designed order takes time and creativity. As such we require a deposit to cover design and layout time before we commence designing your invitations. Final payment will need to be made upon approval of final artwork. We are unable to print and complete your order until full payment has been made.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 7 working days for your order to be dispatched, from 'final' placement of your order (this includes guests lists, payment or any other changes we may be waiting on authorisation from you for).
If you need to make any changes to the design, either picture, wording, colour changes or quantity, 7 working days takes effect from finalisation of the design. The same applies for our 3 day print option.
Printing cannot commence until all items of your order are approved and finalised.
If you have chosen Express Print and Post we will dispatch the order on the 3rd full working day (i.e: order placed after 9am on a Monday - 3 day print & post will be dispatched on the Thursday of the same week) If you are unsure please contact one of our offices for clarification.

Print commences 12 hours after time of final approval, including artwork, receipt of payment & receipt of all guest lists.
You will receive a tracking email, advising that your order has been dispatched from our office in Queensland. Please contact us if you do not receive your order as per the instructions on the email.
Delivery of your order to anywhere in Australia is $8.50
All orders within Australia shall be shipped using Australia Post. Products are dispatched within 7 (seven) working days of placing your order, unless otherwise advised by Inviting Invitations. Custom designed orders may take longer, however this will be advised to you at the time of placing your order.
If your order is not received within the time specified, Inviting Invitations shall endeavour to trace your order. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to goods caused by Australia Post.
To ensure your goods are traceable, we offer express post.
If your order is urgent and requires shipment sooner, we suggest using our Express Print and Post as an option, this extra $35 charge ensures priority on our print press, within 3 working days of order confirmation, and delivered by the 4th working day using express post, providing you are in the Australia Post Next Day delivery network.

These timetables are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience.
International orders may be placed, however may be subject to additional import duties and taxes.
Proofing, content and photographs
Inviting Invitations shall provide a final layout during the design of your invitation, including a final PDF of the design delivered by email upon payment confirmation. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all text and content are correct. Inviting Invitations does not take responsibility for customer omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are the responsibility of the customer. Once submitted by the customer in the checkout section, printing of your invites will commence within 12 hours of payment and guest list if applicable being received, unless you contact us. If printing has commenced, and the customer requires changes to be made, a reprint charge of the total order amount less 10% VIP customer discount will apply.
Colour may vary due to the digital printing process. We recommend using high resolution digital or scanned images on our photo/image upload products. Photos should be at least 500KB in size to produce an optimal result. Low-resolution images of 500KB or less will produce an inferior result. We do not reproduce on photographic paper, therefore your photos will not look exactly like a gloss photo, they are printed on shimmer or satin card and will print slightly darker. If in doubt about your photo, we can lighten this if advised.
Inviting Invitations may at our discretion improve your design/layout if we feel the font size or picture size will not achieve a good end result. If this is markedly different than the proof you have received, we will contact you to advise of the change to seek your approval.
Inviting Invitations shall not tolerate nor accept any responsibility for customers’ text. Derogatory, abusive or misuse of language must not be used. Inviting Invitations reserves the right to reject orders if such language is used.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy on printed invitations and products if the product you have received is not as shown on your proof, allowing for slight variation in print procedures. Items must be returned within 7-days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. No refunds will be given on custom designed invitations.
If you have changed your mind, orders may be cancelled and a full refund given if no printing has commenced. Please contact us to check the status of your order. Cancellations will only be accepted by email or phone.

Minimum Order
Inviting Invitations has a minimum order of 10, except individual greeting cards (1) and gift tags (20). If an additional order is required immediately after the first order is printed, quantities other than 10 or more will be considered by contacting orders@invitinginvitations.com.au for a quote.
Supply & Stock
Inviting Invitations use 170gsm gloss, 250gsm white shimmer, 300gsm gloss single sided or 280gsm hi-white matt stock unless otherwise specified. All orders are subject to the availability of materials and paper stock shown. We reserve the right to substitute stock to the closest alternative without notice on the advice of paper merchants and our printer for quality result purposes.
Should Inviting Invitations be unable to supply to the specifications of the ordered product, this shall be advised to you within 12 hours of placing your order and an alternate option given. You are under no obligation to accept the alternative option.
Inviting Invitations is not liable and shall accept no responsibility for inability to supply due to terrorist activity, acts of God, fire, flood, war, strikes or sabotage.
Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
Gift certificates must be redeemed through www.invitinginvitations.com.au toward the purchase of any of our web site products, or towards a custom design.
Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. If a certificate expires, it is at our discretion upon whether to re-activate this.
Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase further Inviting Invitations gift certificates.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient`s gift certificate account and is not transferable.
If a Gift Certificate and subsequently the Certificate number is lost, we will need the purchaser to verify the order via their original order email. Inviting Invitations are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Inviting Invitations may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
Ownership/Copyright
All designs remain the property of Inviting Invitations and may not be sold, copied or reproduced without written permission from Inviting Invitations.
If a photograph has been taken by a professional, the photographer owns that Copyright unless you have a written agreement that states otherwise. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you accept that you have written permission to reproduce and distribute the photograph and indemnify Inviting Invitations from any liability associated with the photograph that you have uploaded.
You must not download or copy any of the content in this site without written permission from Inviting Invitations.
Site concept and designs remain the property of Inviting Invitations.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
